Responsibilities:
The AI Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading Agile methodology including sprint ceremonies and Jira maintenance.
- Collaborating with management, developers, analysts, and business partners.
- Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Removing impediments and blockers to the team’s progress.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Experience in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development, QA, or business analysis.
- Experience with remote or distributed Agile teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to interpret and use Agile metrics to drive team performance.
