A top Fortune 50 financial company is seeking a Policy & Process Analyst to join its internal operations team based in Winchester, VA. This role supports the development, implementation, and documentation of process improvements and policy updates while providing support to end-users.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid preferred; remote may be considered
- Schedule: Standard business hours
- Setting: Corporate/internal operations team
- Workload: Moderate complexity and autonomy; cross-functional team environment
- Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report on campus a minimum of two days per week
Responsibilities:
The Policy & Process Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and budget
- Conducting research and preparing reference material
- Reviewing policy and procedure updates for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Organizing and maintaining documentation libraries
- Creating internal training, instructions, and communications
- Developing and maintaining internal web content and reference tools
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation and documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve project issues
- Recommending strategies for communication and process improvement
- Participating in internal task forces and initiatives
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in documentation, operations, or business support roles
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web-based tools (e.g., HTML)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience analyzing workflows and documenting processes
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with financial services or enterprise policy/procedure environments
- Knowledge of internal systems and content management tools
