Tandym Group has several immediate opportunities for A/R Collections Specialists with a client in California. These contracts will be 100% remote. Specialists will focus on A/R, collections, follow-up, appeals, and denials, specifically working with Epic PB.

Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts receivable and collections processes
- Working on claim edits and denials from start to resolution
- Handling appeals processes, including creating appeals letters
- Utilizing Epic PB software for managing claims
- Maintaining a proactive and metrics-driven approach to collections
Qualifications:
- 5 years of revenue cycle experience focused on A/R, Collections & Follow-Up.
- Experience in an inpatient/hospital environment.
- Commercial and government collections experience.
- Experience with claim edits and denials.
- Full lifecycle experience working on appeals from start to finish.
- 3 years of experience with Epic PB software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactivity and efficiency metrics-driven approach.
- Capability to handle work-queues effectively.
Desired Skills:
- Managed Care experience
- Experience with collections specific to the state of California
- Collections experience with Independent Physician Practices (IPA’s)
