Benefits Advisor
A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Benefits Advisor for our client in the McLean, VA or Pensacola, FL area.
Overview:
- Seeking a Benefits Advisor to deliver exceptional benefits services to its employees. This role will focus on assisting with key benefits processes, including life events, open enrollment, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Hybrid schedule reporting onsite 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support benefits administration across a range of areas including: Life Events, Open Enrollment, Arrears Processes, Auditing, General Benefits Administration, Medical Support Orders, Regulatory Mailings (SPDs, SARs, Medicare Part D)
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold and improve benefits processes and experiences.
- Provide timely, accurate communication and problem resolution for benefits-related inquiries.
