Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing complex IT programs and aligning them with strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating multiple projects and ensuring governance controls are in place.
- Planning, scheduling, and monitoring program progress from inception to delivery.
- Defining and reporting program roadmap, status, and success metrics.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication across departments.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL and industry practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
