Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver custom business intelligence dashboards tailored to corporate real estate operations
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather and translate requirements into scalable BI solutions
- Leverage storytelling and strategic thinking to deliver actionable insights and influence decision-making
- Partner with senior leadership in the U.S. and globally to support enterprise-level analytics initiatives
- Play a key role in building and scaling a high-performing team of BI professionals
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles
- Minimum of 5 years delivering full BI lifecycle solutions—from requirements gathering to dashboard deployment
- Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and the broader Microsoft BI stack
- Strong experience in data modeling, data transformation, and visual design
- Proven track record of engaging stakeholders to define priorities and deliver meaningful insights
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure Analysis Services (Composite Models), Databricks, SmartSheet, and spatial analytics tools like Google API, ESRI, or Alteryx
- Background in corporate real estate or experience working within outsourced real estate environments
- Experience applying advanced analytics or data science to business operations and strategy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
