A recognized services organization in Connecticut is actively seeking a new Business / Systems Analyst III to join their growing team in Stamford.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (Monday through Thursday must be onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Assess impacts to the business, through the lens of the agent ordering and supporting the project, and the customer (ordering, support, comms, activation, reduce/limit call volume)
- Write and submit for approval business deliverables (such as but not limited to use cases, requirements, flow charts) for T-Mobile MVNO project
- Present and review with VPs from multiple cross-functional teams
- Ensure that the business ask is adhered to and met at grooming and through onto development
- Ensure that the project is kept on track and all stakeholders are kept up to date with project status and details
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Associate’s and/or Background Degree
- Mobile/Telecomm background
- Visio knowledge
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
