About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: On-site
- Shift: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Hours: 35 hours/week
- Setting: Family Shelter
Responsibilities:
The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 50 families
- Completing biopsychosocial evaluations within 30 days of client entry
- Conducting weekly individual sessions with clients
- Leading "Ready Set Goal" group sessions for young parents
- Creating safety plans for domestic violence situations
Qualifications:
- Master's in Social Work required
- LMSW within one year of hire
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with biopsychosocial assessments preferred
- Ability to complete pre-employment clearances
- TB test, First Aid/CPR, and overdose prevention certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
Desired Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in social work
- Master's degree in Social Work
- LMSW certification
- Biopsychosocial assessment experience
- Proficiency in Spanish
