A social services organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their Brooklyn Men's Shelter program as a Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

Supervise case management staff and maintain caseloads

Review and sign service plans, recertifications, and documentation bi-weekly

Conduct monthly chart audits (25% of each supervisee's caseload)

Ensure 100% of clients maintain active public assistance cases
-
Coordinate with ACS workers for monthly joint visits and weekly infant inspections
-
Provide weekly supervision to direct reports
-
Submit monthly statistical reports and incident reports
-
Lead staff meetings and prepare performance appraisals

Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

2+ years of related work experience

Bachelor’s Degree
