A well known entertainment provider is seeking a skilled Channel Coordinator to join the team at their Bethpage, NY location. This role is responsible for maintaining a high level of on-air quality. The Channel Coordinator must be flexible to accommodate last-minute changes, issues, and work schedules that arise due to the nature of television broadcasting.
- Contract Length: 4 months (October)
- Weekly Schedule: Onsite 4 days/week, Remote 1 day/week
Responsibilities:
- Receive program logs and media for the playback networks at AMC B&T.
- Check daily program logs for accuracy and timing and make corrections as needed.
- Check media for quality and broadcast standards and troubleshoot as needed.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred; focus on Broadcasting.
- Knowledge of Broadcast automation systems like Mediator preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Master Control or related functions.
- Willingness to maintain flexible work schedule at management’s discretion.
