A long standing community health organization in Long Island City, Queens, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist or Adult Psychiatrist to join their team. This position offers flexible scheduling options including part-time and full-time availability and competitive compensation while providing essential care within a diverse community setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Monday-Friday (7-hour shifts)
- Part-time or Full-time scheduling options available
- Outpatient Medical Office
- Community Health Setting (includes PSLF)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of pediatric patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for children and adolescents with mental health conditions
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications when appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Open to all years of experience
- Board-Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- NY State Medical License
- Authorization to work in the United States
