Communications Program Manager
A top Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking a Communications Program Manager. This role involves supervising and administering internal and external communications strategies to support departmental goals.

Responsibilities: The Communications Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing communication strategies, requirements, and execution.
- Applying expert knowledge of best practices, trends, and standards in content distribution technologies.
- Ensuring communications comply with all applicable policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Administering content, design, and layout; approving and overseeing changes and improvements.
- Identifying, scoping, documenting, coordinating, and implementing business communications requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing corporate internal communication campaigns.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with graphics, database, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the financial services environment and Navy Federal's operations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
