Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases for CRM features and workflows
- Support User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder feedback
- Log and track defects with clear documentation
- Assist with test plan creation and test case reviews
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 testing
- Knowledge of Functional, Regression, and Exploratory Testing
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Public Sector implementation experience
