A recognized services firm in Florida is actively seeking a new Integration Developer to assist with implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to modernize and streamline operations within their contact centers.
About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Build backend services using C#.NET and Power Automate
- Collaborate with Analysts and Testers to ensure data integrity
- Support backend documentation and troubleshooting
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C#.NET and API development
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Knowledge of RESTful services and system integration patterns
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
