- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8a-8p, 8p-8a
- Hours: Flexible dates including August and September, with potential extension into 2025 and 2026

Responsibilities:
The Physician Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing emergency medical care to patients of all ages
- Managing trauma cases as part of a Level 4 trauma team
- Handling an average of 7 patients per shift
- Utilizing the EPIC EMR system
- Working collaboratively with hospital staff to ensure efficient patient care
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in emergency medicine
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Proficiency in emergency medical procedures
- Experience with trauma scenarios
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a rural hospital environment
Desired Skills:
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced certifications in emergency medicine
