A recognized financial services company is actively seeking a new Employee Experience Strategist to join their growing team.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work at least 2 days onsite at one of the following locations: McLean, VA; Winchester, VA; or , Pensacola, FL area.***

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and continuously improve employee experience programs that enhance culture and responsiveness to employee concerns
  • Create and implement management strategies, training materials, and leadership resources to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Present strategic messaging and program updates to executive leadership, including reports on employee satisfaction and engagement trends
  • Identify and support leadership development opportunities in collaboration with business partners
  • Manage employee feedback channels, synthesize data, share actionable insights, and partner with senior leaders to enhance engagement and retention
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in employee engagement and experience best practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering and managing Employee Engagement and Experience Programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into workforce-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in developing change management tools and supporting leadership communications
  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and presenting employee feedback and engagement data
  • Confident communicator with experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Desired Skills:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Background supporting Enterprise-level Employee Experience initiatives
  • Knowledge of Leadership Development frameworks and Talent Engagement strategies
  • Experience with Culture-building, Morale-boosting initiatives, and Workforce Communications
  • Familiarity with Employee Feedback platforms and Data Analytics tools
