A healthcare facility in Dubois, PA is currently seeking a Locum Tenens Endocrinologist to join their team from the first week of November until the last week of January. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to provide exceptional care in an outpatient clinic setting while covering for a permanent provider.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: On-site
- Shift: Days
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Demographics: Adults only
- Patients/Day: 16-20
- Other Requirements: Must be licensed in PA, Board Certified candidates only
Responsibilities:
The Endocrinologist will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive care for diabetes patients
- Managing thyroid disorders
- Addressing adrenal issues
- Treating osteoporosis
- Collaborating with a full RN team and support staff
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in endocrinology
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
- Board Certified Endocrinologist
- Strong clinical skills in endocrinology
- Ability to manage multiple cases and procedures
