Our client is an independent 300+ bed not-for-profit hospital with affiliated physician practices. They went live with Epic in March and need to bring on multiple Epic Radiant Analysts.
***Work schedule onsite 2 days a week in Stamford, Connecticut***
Responsibilities:
- This person is responsible for building, testing, training, optimizing and supporting the Epic Radiant module with a focus on Scheduling, Billing, and Interventional Radiology.
- Work queue management handling multiple concurrent tickets at a time, working with end users to make sure if new design is needed, post go live optimization, and implementing new functionality.
- Identify patterns in tickets for system stabilization and optimization.
- Perform Epic upgrades and enhancements - Nova notes, integration and regression process.
- Support the HL7 integrations with 3 rd
party apps from Epic via theirCorepoint interface engine:
- Philips Vue PACS
- Volpara
- Nighthawk
- Powerscribe
- Bunker Hill
- ModLink
- Vitrea
- Senior Analyst will lead work groups including Radiology, Mammography, Interventional Radiology and Scheduling = 4-10 meetings/week taking down action items, dividing them among the team and holding them accountable making progress by the next meeting as well as manage the project for a new outpatient facility going live in the fall.
Qualifications:
- Recent Epic Radiant Certification and previous experience with Epic Hyperdrive
- 2+ years' experience building, testing, training, optimizing and supporting the Epic Radiant Module (5+ years for the senior position)
- Prior experience solving Radiant tickets for Scheduling, Billing, and Interventional Radiology
- Prior experience supporting HL7 integrations between Epic and 3 rd party apps
Preferred Certifications/Skills:
- Epic Cupid, Lumens, Mammography and Lung Imaging experience/badges are highly desired
- Experience with the most recent Epic patches – the client went live in March with August 24 version and will be going live with the February 25 version in August.
