We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Operations Project Lead to join our clients dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Epicor Kinetic solutions across various operational domains, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes, foster client relationships, and lead project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
The Operations Project Lead will:
- Implementation Leadership: Lead the deployment of Epicor Kinetic solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and re-engineer business processes within Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Organize and manage project activities, including task assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other workstream project managers and team members to foster a culture of trust, cooperation, and excellence.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants and team members on best practices in ERP implementation and operations management.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement within the organization and for clients, promoting innovative solutions that address operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Proven track record in managing complex ERP projects from inception to completion.
- Epicor certification or formal training in Kinetic modules.
- Experience with business process reengineering and system integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or ERP implementation, specifically with Epicor Kinetic or similar systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- PMP or other project management certification.
