A recognized biotech company in California is actively seeking a new Facilities Technician / Coordinator to join their growing team in Novato to assist with the day-to-day operations.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: Ongoing temporary engagement
- Schedule: Full onsite
Responsibilities
- Performing and/or coordinating repair and maintenance activities for all facilities, travel required between office locations
- Assisting with lab operations, working directly with lab employees to maintain equipment, daily supplies, and needs
- Serving as the primary interface between the company and its service providers, vendors, and consultants
- Handling other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in an Administrative and/or Project Coordinator role
- Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organized and methodical
