The Role
We’re hiring a Front-End UI Developer with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js to design and develop intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user interfaces for our AI recruitment platform and other product lines. This high-impact role offers a strong level of ownership, creative freedom, and close collaboration with a cross-functional, AI-forward team.
What You’ll Do
- Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React (TypeScript), JavaScript, and Node.js
- Architect and maintain reusable, modular UI components using a micro-component model
- Integrate seamlessly with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and E2E tests(Python test frameworks a plus)
- Collaborate with backend, AI, product, and design teams to align functionality with user needs
- Design intuitive, accessible, mobile-first UIs with user research and feedback loops
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments ( Docker/Kubernetes), and Agile sprints
- Leverage AI development tools to streamline and accelerate frontend workflows
- Ensure frontend security standards including CORS, Active Directory, and injection attack protection
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of front-end development experience
- Advanced proficiency in ReactJS (TypeScript), JavaScript, and Node.js
- Strong grasp of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and testing (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber)
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Azure Cloud, and JSON-based API integration
- Working knowledge of SQL and secure client-server interactions
- Passion for adopting and learning AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, OpenAI APIs,
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proactive mindset
