A leading company in the recruitment technology sector is currently seeking an experienced Front-End UI Developer to join their remote U.S.-based team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to develop cutting-edge user interfaces for an innovative AI recruitment platform.

About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

The Front-End UI Developer will be responsible for:

  • Building responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React (TypeScript), JavaScript, and Node.js
  • Architecting and maintaining reusable, modular UI components using a micro-component model
  • Integrating seamlessly with REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Developing and executing unit, integration, and E2E tests
  • Collaborating with backend, AI, product, and design teams to align functionality with user needs
  • Designing intuitive, accessible, mobile-first UIs with user research and feedback loops
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Agile sprints
  • Leveraging AI development tools to streamline and accelerate frontend workflows
  • Ensuring frontend security standards including CORS, Active Directory, and protection against injection attacks

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of front-end development experience
  • Advanced proficiency in ReactJS (TypeScript), JavaScript, and Node.js
  • Strong grasp of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and testing (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Azure Cloud, and JSON-based API integration
  • Working knowledge of SQL and secure client-server interactions
  • Passion for adopting and learning AI-assisted development tools
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, OpenAI APIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows
  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
