Our client, a rapidly growing real estate development firm located in Orlando, is looking for a mid-senior level Frontend Engineer.
About the Opportunity:
- Fully Remote: Residing in FL, GA, NC, TN, AL
- Schedule: 8:30 – 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Create responsive web applications and user interfaces
- Implement UI designs and create user-facing components
- Develop React/TypeScript applications, mobile-responsive design, and state management
- Build tenant and portal for rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease management
- Create property manager dashboard with real-time analytics and reporting
- Develop mobile-first responsive design for all user interfaces
- Implement real-time notifications and messaging systems
- Design accessible interfaces following WCAG guidelines
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of modern front-end development experience
