Our client, a rapidly growing real estate development firm located in Orlando, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer.
About the Opportunity:
- Fully Remote: Residing in FL, GA, NC, TN, AL
- Schedule: 8:30 – 5:30am
Responsibilities:
- Build complete features from UI to database with end-to-end development expertise
- Develop full-stack applications, integrate APIs, implement ML models, and optimize performance.
- Build end-to-end features for lease management and tenant onboarding
- Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and fraud detection
- Integrate with property management systems (Yardi, AppFolio, RentManager)
- Develop automated workflows for rent collection and maintenance prediction
- Create real-time analytics dashboards and reporting systems
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with React, Node.js, and cloud platforms
