- Call: None
- Patient Population: Geriatric (ages 55+), low patient-per-day average
- Specialties Considered: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics
- Setting: Alternate care site (non-acute), focused on chronic disease management and preventive care
Qualifications:
- Active New York State MD license
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
