Hospitalist

Setting: inpatient
Shift: 8a-8p
Schedule: minimum of 8 shifts per month including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in-patient care for hospitalized patients
- Utilize hospital resources to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Facilitate communication among patients, families, private attending physicians, consulting physicians, hospital staff, and colleagues.
- Focus on reducing and maintaining average patient length of stay.
- Respond to urgent or emergent patient matters within the hospital as needed.
