A top Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking an HR Program Manager to join their HR Shared Services Center (SSC) supporting Payroll Operations in a hybrid contract role based in Pensacola, FL. This position focuses on optimizing payroll-related processes and systems within Oracle Cloud HCM to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
The HR Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and executing system validations and reconciliations in Oracle Cloud HCM and related platforms
- Managing testing, documentation, and deployment of system enhancements and process improvements
- Supporting internal audits related to payroll and HR transactions
- Analyzing payroll data for accuracy and consistency, and resolving discrepancies
- Developing and maintaining SOPs and other process documentation
- Collaborating with HR Technology and Payroll Ops teams to maintain system and process integrity
- Overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new HRIS features and integration's
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, Payroll Operations, or HRIS support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM or a similar HRIS system
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience conducting data validations, reconciliations, and supporting audits
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project management platforms
- Familiarity with payroll compliance and regulatory standards
- Reporting experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Background in UAT coordination, system testing, and business process optimization
- Strong documentation and change management capabilities
