A top Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking an HR Program Manager to join their HR Shared Services Center (SSC) supporting Payroll Operations in a hybrid contract role based in Pensacola, FL. This position focuses on optimizing payroll-related processes and systems within Oracle Cloud HCM to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

The HR Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and executing system validations and reconciliations in Oracle Cloud HCM and related platforms
  • Managing testing, documentation, and deployment of system enhancements and process improvements
  • Supporting internal audits related to payroll and HR transactions
  • Analyzing payroll data for accuracy and consistency, and resolving discrepancies
  • Developing and maintaining SOPs and other process documentation
  • Collaborating with HR Technology and Payroll Ops teams to maintain system and process integrity
  • Overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new HRIS features and integration's
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, Payroll Operations, or HRIS support
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM or a similar HRIS system
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience conducting data validations, reconciliations, and supporting audits
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:

  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project management platforms
  • Familiarity with payroll compliance and regulatory standards
  • Reporting experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Background in UAT coordination, system testing, and business process optimization
  • Strong documentation and change management capabilities
