A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated professional to join their team as their new HR Project Manager. In this role, the qualified professional will be responsible for overseeing the integration of assessment tools into existing systems and processes, managing internal and external coordination, and driving strategic communication & change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of candidate selection assessments across the enterprise
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across Legal, Compliance, HR, and business units
- Oversee the integration of assessment tools into existing technology platforms
- Drive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption at all levels of the organization
- Coordinate with external consulting partners to ensure alignment with internal goals and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed to meet project objectives
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Risk Management and Process Improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Desired Skills:
- PMP or related Project Management certification
- Experience with Enterprise HR or Assessment Technology implementation
- Background in Change Management or Strategic Communications
