A health services company in California is actively seeking a new Implementation Project Manager to help implement their benefits platform with mid-market customers during their peak season for implementations.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 3+ months
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead to implement benefits with mid-market customers
- Effectively manage project plans to deadlines delivering great results
- Develop and present keynote presentations to customers (project kickoff, tax/withholding, other benefit components)
- Identify key focus areas to drive customer results and engage with customer stakeholders to handle objections, remove roadblocks and move implementation forward
- Review customer contracts to understand selected benefits and explain to customers how benefits work and integrate into medical plans
- Work with internal marketing team to understand changes to benefits and successfully market changes to customer
- Perform technical benefits system set-up for new customers
- Partner with internal Customer Success team to ensure warm hand-off and success with customer after go-live
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Project Management or related work experience
- Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer savvy
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Direct experience in Customer Success
- Employee Benefits experience
- Experience with implementation of systems, customers, processes, etc.
