We’re seeking an experienced D365 Business Analyst to join the IT-side implementation team to support a leading global luxury retailer in their transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the cloud. This long-term project is kicking off a fresh analysis phase and will focus initially on Retail and CRM modules, followed by Finance & Operations. This is a hands-on role focused on solution configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and system support.
Project Highlights:
- Implementation Type: Cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Timeline: Analysis phase launching soon; implementation starts Sept/Oct
- Duration:~15 months + post-go-live optimization
- Scope: Retail and CRM rollout (U.S. and global), followed by Finance & Operations
- Team: 15–20 U.S.-based team members; global expansion to follow
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with solution architect, IT team, and business stakeholders
- Support requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and documentation
- Configure core Retail features: product screens, discounts, pricing, logos, warehouse structures
- Document business processes and workflows (Visio preferred)
- Assist in training end users and validating design decisions
Requred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Retail modules
- Strong understanding of retail business operations
- Proven D365 configuration experience
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with CRM modules
- Strong process documentation skills (Visio)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint
