A leading healthcare services network in New York City is seeking a full-time Cardiac Interventionalist to join its dynamic Cardiology team.
About the Opportunity
- Schedule: Full-time (8 hours/day)
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call Requirements: Approximately 1–2 weekdays per week and 1–2 weekends per month
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Provide inpatient and emergency interventional cardiology coverage
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Conduct outpatient follow-up visits with post-procedural patients as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive cardiac care
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or eligibility in Interventional Cardiology
- Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
- Valid New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
