A pharma company in the Greater Philadelphia area is actively seeking a new IT Support Specialist to join its growing team. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows 11 environments.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm
  • Setting: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person and remote technical support for macOS, iOS, and Windows 11 systems
  • Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software, printers, and other peripherals
  • Accurately document incidents, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes: account setup, device preparation, and user orientation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience in mixed Apple and Windows environments.
  • Technical proficiency with macOS (Ventura, Sonoma), including Apple M-series hardware
  • Experience with iOS configuration and support, including Apple ID/iCloud setup
  • Windows 11 expertise with knowledge of imaging and end-user environment management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Exchange Online and Teams)
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Previous experience with Networking fundamentals (e.g., DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN)
  • Experience with Conference room AV and office printer management
  • Familiarity with endpoint security best practices, including: FileVault; BitLocker; Antivirus solutions and, Multi-factor authentication (MFA) configuration

Desired Skills:

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102, or Apple ACSP
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms like Freshservice or ServiceNow
