A prominent company in Connecticut is currently seeking qualified individuals for an exciting L1 & L2 Tech Support position at their Stamford location. This role involves essential responsibilities to ensure smooth IT operations.


About the Opportunity:

This role requires flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment.

  • Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid, rotating schedule.
  • Shift: Open to night and weekend shifts.
  • Schedule: 24/7 operation.
  • Hours: Varies based on business needs.
  • Setting: Onsite at the Sports location, Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities:

The L1 & L2 Tech Support will be responsible for:

  • Provide first-line support for all IT incidents and service requests.
  • Respond to inquiries via multiple channels promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues.
  • Guide users through resolutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of user interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Office 365.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work various shifts.

Desired Skills:

  • 3–5 years experience in IT support roles.
  • Advanced certifications such as Cisco CCNA.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts.
  • Experience with service ticketing systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
