Responsibilities:
The L1 & L2 Tech Support will be responsible for:
- Provide first-line support for all IT incidents and service requests.
- Respond to inquiries via multiple channels promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues.
- Guide users through resolutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Office 365.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work various shifts.
Desired Skills:
- 3–5 years experience in IT support roles.
- Advanced certifications such as Cisco CCNA.
- Proficiency in networking concepts.
