A leading organization in the Bronx is currently seeking a dedicated LCSW to join their Bronx Homeless Services Team. This role involves providing clinical oversight and leadership to a team of social workers that work with the most vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. The LCSW will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Responsibilities:
The LCSW Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to three social workers ensuring compliance with best practices, regulatory standards, and agency protocols.
- Oversee the delivery of psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic interventions.
- Act as a liaison between program staff, external providers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and collaboration across Anchor and Echo program teams.
- Assist with onboarding and professional development of new clinical staff.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audits, and case reviews.
- Monitor caseloads and ensure services are delivered in accordance with DHS and OTDA shelter operations.
- Support crisis intervention, risk assessments, and de-escalation techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with program leadership to identify systemic barriers and advocate for client needs.
- Understanding issues affecting clients with chronic homelessness.
- Performs other related work as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Active New York State LCSW license required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a behavioral health or supportive housing setting.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and integrated service delivery.
- Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with NYC DHS, OTDA shelter regulations preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
