A top Fortune 50 financial institution headquartered in Vienna, VA is currently seeking a Lead Systems Analyst – Reporting & Automation to join its Information Security department. This role focuses on building analytic solutions, administering data platforms, and driving automation initiatives to support the Infosec PMO’s mission.
About the Opportunity:- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid – 2x per week onsite (Vienna, VA)
- Schedule: Core Hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Setting: Corporate Information Security Department – Infosec PMO
The Lead Systems Analyst – Reporting & Automation will be responsible for:
- Leading analytics projects to provide insights for strategic decision-making and process optimization.
- Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, dataflows, pipelines, and apps.
- Administering Power BI and Databricks workspace environments in a secure and efficient manner.
- Writing Python scripts to automate data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, and data management processes.
- 8+ years of experience with Power BI
- 5+ years of experience with Databricks
- 5+ years of experience with Python scripting
- 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
- 3+ years of experience with SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in team environments
- Experience with Azure Databricks in an Information Security environment
- Agile methodology experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications: Databricks Data Engineer Associate/Professional, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate
