We have an exciting opportunity for a Loan Operations Analyst to support a longstanding organization, remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank loan positions between Simcorp Dimension (our IBOR), WSO (our OMS), and US Bank (our custodian/trustee).
- Book transactions in Simcorp Dimension, including restructures and asset transfers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Provide support for audits and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bank loan operations and reconciliations.
- Proficiency with Simcorp Dimension and WSO preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with US Bank operations.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
