LPNs - Skilled Nursing Facility

A healthcare organization in Albany, NY is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. This full-time role involves providing exceptional nursing care to residents and supporting the RN in need assessments. **About the Opportunity:** - **Hybrid or Remote:** On-site - **Shift:** Night Shift, Friday - Monday - **Schedule:** 7pm-7am - **Hours:** Full-Time - **Setting:** Residential Facility **Responsibilities:** The **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** will be responsible for: - Ensuring interventions outlined in resident care plans are implemented - Maintaining all required documentation - Overseeing CNAs - Ensuring quality resident care - Responding and assisting in medical emergencies **Qualifications:** - 1+ year of acute care or long-term care experience - New York State LPN License required - Knowledgeable in tube feed experience, trachs, and similar procedures - Must be Covid Vaccinated - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Basic computer skills **Desired Skills:** - Critical Care Experience is highly preferred - Experience in outpatient and skilled nursing settings - Comfortable handling pediatric and adolescent care Candidates must possess good problem-solving abilities and be capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
