About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Temporary (strong potential to convert to permanent)
- Shifts: Days
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and provider consults
- Record vital signs and assist with specimen collection and phlebotomy
- Assist providers during clinical procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR system
- Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, sanitized, and organized
- Coordinate referrals, appointments, and patient follow-up as needed
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient clinical workflow and patient experience
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Medical Assistant (MA) certification
Desired Skills:
- Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual
- Externship or Clinical Training experience
