A leading social services agency is seeking a licensed and experienced Physician to serve as Medical Director for its brand-new outpatient clinic in Staten Island. About the Role:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days on site per week
- Setting: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision for psychiatric and addiction medicine services
- Oversee care quality, compliance, and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
- Contribute to program development and innovation within the clinic
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Physician (MD or DO) in New York State
- Must be Board Certified in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment ideal
- Leadership experience in a clinical or administrative capacity ideal
