A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking a Multimedia Designer to support its corporate training and communications team. This role will focus on designing and developing multimedia content to enhance enterprise learning and employee development initiatives across the organization.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (2 days per week)
- Locations: Pensacola, FL; Winchester, VA; or , Vienna, VA
Responsibilities:
- Creating promotional games, animations, and interactive eLearning content using tools like Articulate Storyline
- Designing engaging training materials, quick reference guides, and job aids to support learning objectives
- Producing original multimedia assets such as videos, logos, brochures, executive presentations, and web designs
- Designing user interfaces and converting analog media (e.g., videos, images) into digital formats
- Developing branded print materials, including banners, signage, and event collateral
- Researching and recommending new technologies and multimedia solutions aligned with business goals
- Participating in user acceptance testing and collaborating on functional requirements
- Supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring the timely delivery of project assets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Multimedia Design and Development
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Video / Audio editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere Pro, Audacity)
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of experience supporting large-scale Learning and/or Communications initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Adobe or Articulate certification
- Familiarity with Instructional Design and Training Development practices
