A consumer products company in New York City is currently seeking a new Netsuite Administrator to join their team. In this role, the Netsuite Administrator will be responsible for playing a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's supply chain systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements
  • Configure and optimize systems to align with procurement, planning, and inventory management needs
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Document workflows, functional specifications, and system configurations
  • Lead or support the implementation of new supply chain modules or enhancements
  • Perform functional testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business processes
  • Provide day-to-day support for supply chain systems, resolving issues related to procurement, demand planning, and inventory modules
  • Troubleshoot errors and work with IT teams or vendors to resolve system-related problems
  • Conduct training sessions for supply chain teams to ensure adoption of new processes or tools
  • Act as a liaison between supply chain business users, IT, and external partners (e.g., vendors)
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the supply chain
  • Ensure accurate data flows between systems, providing insights to improve decision-making

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT Business Analysis and/or Systems Support experience, specifically within Supply Chain processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Proficiency in System Configuration, Testing, and Process Mapping
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to create user-friendly documentation and training materials

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in other Procurement, Demand Planning, Planning or Inventory Management tools/modules
  • Experience with NetSuite Supply Chain modules
  • Exposure to Supply Chain planning tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with integration projects between ERP systems and external Supply Chain platforms
