About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:
- Conducting physical examinations and providing immunizations.
- Ordering and interpreting lab tests, and conducting some lab procedures.
- Prescribing treatments and consulting with physicians as needed.
- Maintaining documentation and following up on abnormal test results.
- Participating in case conferences and continuing education programs.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New York State and CPR/BLS certification
- Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures
- Competence in delivering health care and patient education
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Empathy and strong problem-solving abilities

- Experience in primary care settings
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
