A medical center in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate OB/GYN Director to join their growing staff.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours
- Call: Rotated telephone only
- Setting: 100% Outpatient community health (no deliveries)
Responsibilities
The OB/GYN Director:
- Provides leadership in the areas of strategic planning, strategy execution, and implementation of care management programs
- Monitors effectiveness of management practices and productivity indicators
- Participates in professional organizations and represents the medical center in a professional, competent manner in the community
- Ensures the ongoing development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of medical staff services
- Assesses and communicates recommendations for utilization of space, space needs, equipment, personnel and other resources as needed
- Prepares and submits reports as necessary to any requiring department in an accurate and timely manner
- Develops an effective process for staff development and retention
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of New Jersey
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
