Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the NYC office—greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming, professional environment.
- Support office operations: supplies, space planning, meeting setup, catering, shipping/receiving, etc.
- Partner closely with facilities, security, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide light EA support to senior leadership (scheduling, travel coordination, meeting prep).
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires and coordinate workspace assignments.
- Lead coordination for in-office events, team meetings, and ad hoc requests.
- Jump into fast-moving tasks and manage priorities in a rapidly scaling environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in office coordination, operations, or executive support roles—ideally in media, tech, or start-up environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a “no task too small” attitude.
- Experience juggling multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Comfortable working onsite in a high-energy, high-growth office.
