Our client, a Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to support their the Oracle Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys modules.

This role requires on-site presence 2 days per week in Vienna, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and on-going support of Human Capital Management (HCM) system Oracle Cloud Guided Learning (OGL) tool; assure stability and performance of the products and platforms across production and nonproduction environments.

  • Support the OGL product design sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements to configure content, create Base Guides, build & test new OGL items in Testing POD and Production POD.

  • Identify and support OGL service maintenance schedule; leveraging internal and external resources/tools to solution, resolve issues, and ensure system best practices are utilized in system architecture and design.

  • Support HCM releases to align content within OGL to support new Oracle Cloud features/functionality.

  • Provided recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and the employee experience of Oracle Guided Learning content.

  • Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities to enhance user adoption and the employee experience of Oracle Guided Learning content. Deliver identified solutions.

  • Work Oracle SRs and communicate updates to peers.

  • Monitor and analyze usage data from Oracle Guided Learning.

  • Provide training and support to HR Technology team on Journey and Guided Journey best practices.

  • Share recommendations for Guided Journey usage and implement approved recommendations.

  • Troubleshoot OGL and Journey related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements.

  • Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Oracle Guided Learning, Journeys and Guided Journeys.

  • Deep understanding of Oracle Guided Learning tools, including content creation and contextual help integration.

  • Proven track record of designing and deploying complex, multi-step Oracle Journeys.
