About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Population: Pediatrics (Ages 0-22)
- EMR: NextGen
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality medical care services to child and adolescent patients
- Review all medical histories of patients upon initial visit to the center and thereafter as appropriate.
- Coordinate on-site medical care
- Participate in ongoing comprehensive treatment planning and review
- Ensure prompt follow-up action on patients with abnormal test results or physical findings
- Review rehabilitation treatment plans, recommendations, and orders for such treatment
Qualifications:
- Holds a Nurse Practitioner Degree (NP) from a recognized school
- Current NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
