A leading organization is seeking a PeopleSoft Developer located remotely to join their team. This role focuses on providing development support for the Department of Treasury HR Connect program.

- Contract Duration: 6 months temp to hire
Responsibilities:
The PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible for:
- Interfacing directly with the customer to provide PeopleSoft development support.
- Gathering and translating requirements into application solutions.
- Developing and maintaining SDLC documentation and supporting application configurations.
- Defining test scenarios and creating test scripts.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction while working effectively within a diverse team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Functional and Development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Hands-on development experience with PeopleSoft and Federal PeopleSoft HCM.
- Proficiency in SQL Server databases and complex SQL query writing.
- Strong knowledge in PeopleTools Application Designer.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- 7-10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid development and familiarity with JIRA.
- Strong troubleshooting and data analytical skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and within an Agile framework.
