About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform designated technical and clerical tasks associated with the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications, including sterile admixtures and prepackaged or unit dose drugs
- Perform designated tasks regarding pharmacy quality control, management of pharmacy records, inventory control, and preparation of orders for drugs
- Communicate with pharmacies and payors via the telephone
- Handle other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of TN
Desired Skills:
- National Pharmacy Technician certification
