About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (in-person + telemedicine)
- Hours: Minimum 8 hours/week, up to 16 hours/week
- Location: Atlanta, GA

Licensure: GA license required or ability to obtain
Responsibilities:
- Providing hybrid primary care (preventive, chronic, urgent)
- Overseeing and supporting 2–3 Nurse Practitioners
- Completing quarterly documentation and team collaboration
- Working independently in a solo setting
- Participating in ongoing care model improvements
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of Clinical experience
- MD or DO with GA license (or ability to obtain)
- Proficient in managing complex care
