An office-based hospital-owned practice in Orange County, NY is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician for a promising opportunity with their growing team.
About the Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
- Hours: Standard business; will take telephonic call 1:5
- Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician will:
- Provide primary care services to patients 18+
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
- Oversee residents rotating through their Continuity Clinic
- Have the opportunity for academic appointment if interested
Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted NYS medical license
- Unrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control and Basic Life Support certifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
